The Dining Experience

We offer open fine dining with an extensive gourmet menu—eat what you want, when you want, just like home.

  • Open Dining: Enjoy meals with friends and family anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. 
  • Gourmet Menu: Our menu is crafted seasonally by our executive chef and cooked to order. We also offer daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eat all your favorites without the fuss of cooking them yourself. 
  • Full Salad Bar: We’ve been told that we have the best salad bar in town. Choose from numerous specialty salads and a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with all your favorite salad fixings. 
  • Dessert: Enjoy an ever-changing selection of cakes, pies, cookies, ice cream, and more. Sugar-free options are always available as well. 
  • Soups du Jour: Choose from two delicious homemade soups every day. 
  • Private Dining: Treat guests to a luncheon or dinner in our exclusive private dining room.
  • Delivery and Carryout: Enjoy in-room dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Lighter Fare

Light & LeanGrilled lean ground beef patty, Gardenburger, or chicken breast.
Served with low-fat cottage cheese and fresh seasonal fruit.

Sauteed Vegetables◆– Broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, bok choy, onions, and peppers sautéed in olive oil with fresh garlic and herbs. Chicken or Shrimp added upon request.

Chaffle◆– A Cheese and Egg Waffle. This is a new take on an old favorite, low carb cheese and egg waffle.
Can be served with tomato bacon jam, spicy mayo, cream cheese, or salsa, sour cream, guacamole.

Thai Basil Beef Rolls – Grilled flour tortilla, stuffed with ground beef seasoned with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and Chinese Five Spice, topped with cucumber, basil, cilantro, and chopped peanuts. Served with sweet chili sauce.

Specialty Salads

Caprese Salad◆– Fresh mozzarella slices, with tomato slices & basil on a bed of arugula,
drizzled with balsamic glaze.

Caribbean Shrimp Salad◆–Bay Shrimp, canned pineapple, mango, marinara vegetables, black beans, boiled egg, jack cheese, and almonds over a fresh bed of greens. Served with an orange soy vinaigrette.

BBQ Chicken Salad◆– Broiled chicken breast, tomatoes, black beans, red onion, cheddar cheese, fried onions, tortilla strips. All on a bed of fresh greens. Served with Ranch dressing and BBQ sauce. Can be gluten free.

Grilled Salmon Salad◆– Seasoned grilled salmon on top of a fresh bed of our salad mix, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, radish, cotija cheese. Served with Cream Cilantro Lime Dressing

Famous Terrace Burger – Choice ground beef patty charbroiled on a toasted burger bun with lettuce,
tomato, red onion, and mayonnaise. Available with Swiss, Cheddar, Jack, Blue Cheese crumbles, or American cheese
Gardenburger available upon request

Slider Bar – Your choice of hamburger patty, BBQ beef, turkey, chicken breast, or BLT, on a slider bun.

Fried Chicken Sandwich◆– A fried chicken breast on a bun with mayo, homemade coleslaw, and pickles.
Can be made gluten free.

French Dip Sandwich◆– Thin sliced roast beef, sauteed onion, Swiss cheese heated on a warm hoagie bun.
Served with Au Jus. Can be made gluten free.

Meatloaf Sandwich Burger–Homemade meatloaf patty sandwich with Swiss cheese and arugula.
Served with tomato bacon jam on a warm hamburger bun.

BLT Pocket Quesadilla – Grilled folded flour tortilla with Bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese and spicy mayo.

Salmon Filet◆– Your choice of broiled, steamed, poached, or grilled salmon. 
   Served with a fresh lemon wedge and house made tartar sauce.

Top Sirloin Steak◆– Six ounces of center cut top sirloin steak cooked to order, 
topped with crispy onion rings. Can be made gluten free

Mushroom Bourbon Steak – Top Sirloin Steak with sautéed mushrooms, onions, 
             and garlic in a mild bourbon sauce, topped with diced green onions.

Surf n’ Turf◆– Six ounces of top sirloin cooked to order with grilled prawns in a lemon compound butter. Lobster tail available for substitution on the 1st & 3rd Friday during dinner hours only.
Teriyaki Rice Bowl◆– Stir-fry vegetables with shrimp or chicken cooked to perfection with wine and ginger.  Served over a bed of rice topped with green onion and sesame seeds. Can be made gluten free.

Pesto Pasta with Crispy Chicken◆– Pasta tossed in a creamy pesto sauce topped with crispy chicken, warm prosciutto, and garnished with fresh arugula. Can be made gluten free.

Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta◆– Pasta tossed in garlic butter, paprika, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and parsley.  Topped with seasoned shrimp. Can be made gluten free.
