The Dining Experience

We offer open fine dining with an extensive gourmet menu—eat what you want, when you want, just like home.

  • Open Dining: Enjoy meals with friends and family anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. 
  • Gourmet Menu: Our menu is crafted seasonally by our executive chef and cooked to order. We also offer daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eat all your favorites without the fuss of cooking them yourself. 
  • Full Salad Bar: We’ve been told that we have the best salad bar in town. Choose from numerous specialty salads and a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with all your favorite salad fixings. 
  • Dessert: Enjoy an ever-changing selection of cakes, pies, cookies, ice cream, and more. Sugar-free options are always available as well. 
  • Soups du Jour: Choose from two delicious homemade soups every day. 
  • Private Dining: Treat guests to a luncheon or dinner in our exclusive private dining room.
  • Delivery and Carryout: Enjoy in-room dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger
Grilled burger patty topped with BBQ sauce, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
Served with red onion, pickle, and a side of onion rings.

Monday, August 1st

Shrimp and Crab Louie
Scoop of shrimp and crab on a bed of romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, hard boiled egg, and croutons.
Accompanied by a side of thousand island dressing.

Tuesday, August 2nd

Hamburger Stroganoff
Hamburger cooked in a creamy sauce with onions and mushrooms. Served over egg noodles and topped with a dollop of sour cream.
Served with steamed vegetables.

Wednesday, August 3rd

Ham Salad
Our delicious ham salad served on a bun with lettuce and tomato.
Accompanied with a side of potato chips.

Thursday, August 4th

Chili Cheese Steak Fries
Steak fries topped with chili, shredded cheese, green onion, and sour cream.
Served with a side salad and ranch dressing.

Friday, August 5th

Chicken Parmesan Hero
Lightly breaded chicken breast on a hoagie roll topped with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese.
Accompanied by an antipasto salad with salami, black olives, peppers, and Italian dressing.

Saturday, August 6th

Asian Dumpling Salad
Mixed greens topped with Asian dumplings, water chestnuts, mandarin oranges, and green onion.
Served with a side of sesame seed dressing and fried wonton strips.

Spaghetti noodles topped with a marinara meat sauce.
Accompanied by vegetables and garlic bread.

Sherry Sour Cream Chicken Thighs
Juicy chicken thighs smothered in a sherry sour cream sauce.
Served with a side of wild rice and vegetables.

Wednesday, August 3rd

Meatloaf with Beef Gravy
Old fashioned homemade meatloaf baked to perfection.
Accompanied by mashed potatoes, beef gravy and steamed vegetables.

Thursday, August 4th

Yankee Pot Roast
Tender cross rib roast cooked until falling-apart tender and topped with demi glaze.
Served with a side of parsley potatoes and buttered carrots.

Friday, August 5th

Greek Prawns
Delicious prawns served over pasta with onions, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, diced tomato, garlic, pesto and feta. Accompanied by vegetables and a dinner roll.

Saturday, August 6th

Kielbasa in Scalloped Potatoes
Scalloped potatoes and Kielbasa together in a mild cheese sauce.
Served with a side of vegetables.

Lighter Fare

Light & LeanGrilled lean ground beef patty, Gardenburger, or chicken breast.
Served with low-fat cottage cheese and fresh seasonal fruit.

Sauteed Vegetables – Broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, Bok choy, onions, and peppers sautéed in olive oil with fresh garlic and herbs. Chicken or Shrimp added upon request. 

Vegetable Quesadilla – Diced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and green chilies folded and grilled in a flour tortilla with melted jack and cheddar cheeses. Chicken or Shrimp added upon request.  

Hot Dog – Plump, juicy, all beef hot dog on a warm hot dog bun. Fresh relish and onions served on the side. 

Macaroni and Cheese –  Macaroni noodles folded into a creamy cheese sauce and topped with shredded cheddar and jack cheeses.

Shrimp Melt – Fresh bay shrimp cooked in a mild cheddar cheese sauce and placed over a grilled English muffin.
Topped with shredded cheddar cheese and diced green onions.

Specialty Salads

House Salad - Mixed greens with shredded carrots, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and homemade croutons.
Served with your choice of dressing: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Honey-mustard, Thousand Island, Caesar or Italian.

Caesar Salad – Mixed greens tossed with parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing.
Garnished with diced tomatoes and a hard-boiled egg. Chicken or shrimp added upon request.  

Triple Stack Louie – Small scoop of tuna, chicken salad and cottage cheese served on a bed of mixed greens with diced tomatoes, cucumber, and hard-boiled egg. Served with a side of Thousand Island dressing.

Specialty Sandwiches & Wraps

Famous Terrace Burger – Choice ground beef patty charbroiled on a toasted burger bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayonnaise. Available with Swiss, Cheddar, Jack, Blue cheese crumbles, or American cheese.

Gardenburger available upon request.

Slider Bar – Your choice of hamburger patty, BBQ beef, turkey, chicken breast, or BLT, on a Slider bun.

Chicken Tender Wrap — Crispy chicken tenders tossed with lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, and cheddar jack cheese tossed with ranch dressing then wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.

Southwest Chicken Wrap or Rice Bowl – Tender diced chicken tossed with corn, black beans, cilantro, lime, red onion, green chiles and tortilla strips wrapped in a tortilla or served over a bed of rice. 

Blue Moon Burger – Juicy all beef patty topped with blue cheese and caramelized sweet onions on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle.  

Deli Counter: Choose from the following for half or whole sandwiches:

We prepare each dish individually for you so you may add or remove ingredients as desired. (i.e. – add or remove cheese, meat, onions, etc.) 

Catch of the Day – Ask your server about our Catch of the Day.

Salmon Filet – Your choice of broiled, steamed, poached, or grilled salmon.
Served with a fresh lemon wedge and house made tartar sauce.  

Mushroom Bourbon Steak – Top sirloin steak topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions,
and garlic in a mild bourbon sauce, topped with diced green onions.

Surf n’ Turf – Six ounces of top sirloin cooked to order with grilled prawns in a lemon compound butter.
Lobster Tail available for substitution on the 3rd Friday during dinner hours only.

BBQ Pork Ribs – Flame-broiled baby back ribs basted with Chef Tina’s BBQ sauce. Served with a side of BBQ sauce and coleslaw. 

Chicken Fricassee – Tender Chicken sautéed with carrots, leeks, mushroom, and asparagus tossed with a white wine sauce and served over a bed of noodles.  

Greek Shrimp with Feta – Prawns in a white wine sauce with bell peppers, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, basil, and lemon juice.
