The Dining Experience

We offer open fine dining with an extensive gourmet menu—eat what you want, when you want, just like home.

  • Open Dining: Enjoy meals with friends and family anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. 
  • Gourmet Menu: Our menu is crafted seasonally by our executive chef and cooked to order. We also offer daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eat all your favorites without the fuss of cooking them yourself. 
  • Full Salad Bar: We’ve been told that we have the best salad bar in town. Choose from numerous specialty salads and a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with all your favorite salad fixings. 
  • Dessert: Enjoy an ever-changing selection of cakes, pies, cookies, ice cream, and more. Sugar-free options are always available as well. 
  • Soups du Jour: Choose from two delicious homemade soups every day. 
  • Private Dining: Treat guests to a luncheon or dinner in our exclusive private dining room.
  • Delivery and Carryout: Enjoy in-room dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Sunday, October 24th

Chili Colorado
Tender chunks of pork cooked slowly in a mild red sauce and topped with cilantro and green onions. Accompanied by Spanish rice and flour tortillas.

Monday, October 25th

Bacon Au Gratin Potato Casserole
Delicious Yukon Gold potatoes, sharp cheddar cheese and plenty of bacon, blended together to make a cheesy, creamy au gratin potato casserole. Served with vegetables.

Tuesday, October 26th

Tuna Salad on a Bun
Creamy tuna salad served on a warm bun with lettuce and tomato.
Accompanied by cheddar sun chips.

Wednesday, October 27th

Stuffed Potatoes
Oven roasted russet potatoes stuffed with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese sauce, and broccoli. Served with a fruit cup.

Thursday, October 28th

Fiesta Bay Shrimp Salad
Chopped romaine lettuce topped with fresh bay shrimp, corn, black beans, cheese, and tortilla strips. Served with a side of salsa.

Friday, October 29th

Fish and Chips
Alaskan Cod filets lightly breaded and deep-fried to a golden brown.
Served with French fries, coleslaw, tartar sauce and a fresh lemon wedge.

Saturday, October 30th

Corn Dogs
Plump, juicy hotdogs breaded and deep fried to a golden brown
Served with ranch beans and tater tots.

Daily Specials

Lighter Fare

Light & Lean – Grilled lean ground beef patty, Gardenburger, or chicken breast.
Served with low-fat cottage cheese and fresh seasonal fruit.

Sautéed Vegetables – Broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, tomatoes, Bok choy, onions, and peppers sautéed in olive oil with fresh garlic and herbs. Chicken or Shrimp added upon request.

Loaded Fries – French fries topped with cheese sauce, bacon, and green onions.

Hot Dog – Plump, juicy, all beef hot dog on a warm hot dog bun. Fresh relish and onions served on the side.

Macaroni and Cheese – Tender macaroni noodles folded into a creamy cheese sauce and topped with shredded cheddar and jack cheeses.

Chicken Nuggets – Six tender white meat chicken nuggets.
Served with a side of Ranch dressing or BBQ sauce for dipping.

Specialty Salads

House Salad - Mixed greens with shredded carrots, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and homemade croutons. Served with your choice of dressing: Ranch, Blue Cheese, Honey-mustard, Thousand Island, Caesar or Italian.

Caesar Salad – Mixed greens tossed with parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Garnished with diced tomatoes and a hard-boiled egg. Chicken or shrimp added upon request.

Shrimp Cocktail – Bay shrimp served on a small bed of greens with a hard-boiled egg, sliced red onion, fresh lemon wedge and cocktail sauce.

Greek Salad – Mixed salad greens, tossed with tomato, cucumber, black olives, artichokes, and feta cheese with red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Oriental Shrimp Salad – Mixed greens tossed with bay shrimp, crispy noodles, baby corn, mushrooms, green onions and poppy seed dressing.

Specialty Sandwiches & Wraps

Famous Terrace Burger – Choice ground beef patty charbroiled on a toasted burger bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayonnaise. Available with Swiss, Cheddar, Jack, or American cheese. Gardenburger available upon request.

Slider Bar – Your choice of hamburger patty, BBQ beef, turkey, chicken breast, or BLT, served on small-sized burger buns.

Southwest Chicken Wrap — Grilled chicken breast tossed with diced bell peppers, onions, lettuce and green chilies wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. Served with a side of salsa.

French Dip – Sliced beef grilled with melted Swiss on grilled Italian hoagie. Served with a side of au jus.

Deli Counter – Choose from the following for half or whole sandwiches: (All sandwiches come with mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato, unless otherwise specified)

We prepare each dish individually for you so you may add or remove ingredients as desired. (i.e. – add or remove cheese, meat, onions, etc.)

Catch of the Day – Ask your server about the special Catch of the Day.

Salmon Filet – Your choice of broiled, steamed, poached, or grilled salmon.
Served with a fresh lemon wedge and tartar sauce.

Mushroom Bourbon Steak – Top sirloin steak topped with sautéed mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a mild bourbon sauce, topped with diced green onions.

Surf n’ Turf – Six ounces of top sirloin cooked to order with grilled prawns in a lemon compound butter. Lobster tail available for substitution on the 1st & 3rd Friday during dinner hours only.

Teriyaki Rice Bowl – Your choice of chicken or shrimp with Asian stir-fried vegetables with rice and finished with teriyaki sauce and fresh ginger.

Pesto Pasta – Sauteed onions, mushrooms, and broccoli combined with a fresh pesto sauce, garlic and a hint of white wine. All served over pasta topped with parmesan cheese. Chicken or Shrimp added upon request.

BBQ Ribs – Flame-broiled baby back ribs basted with Chef Tina’s BBQ sauce. Served with BBQ sauce and coleslaw.
