We offer open fine dining with an extensive gourmet menu—eat what you want, when you want, just like home.

  • Open Dining: Enjoy meals with friends and family anytime between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. 
  • Gourmet Menu: Our menu is crafted seasonally by our executive chef and cooked to order. We also offer daily specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Eat all your favorites without the fuss of cooking them yourself. 
  • Full Salad Bar: We’ve been told that we have the best salad bar in town. Choose from numerous specialty salads and a bounty of fresh fruits and vegetables along with all your favorite salad fixings. 
  • Dessert: Enjoy an ever-changing selection of cakes, pies, cookies, ice cream, and more. Sugar-free options are always available as well. 
  • Soups du Jour: Choose from two delicious homemade soups every day. 
  • Private Dining: Treat guests to a luncheon or dinner in our exclusive private dining room.
  • Delivery and Carryout: Enjoy in-room dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Healthy garden greens, vegetables and toppings, specialty salads, fruits, and a wonderful assortment of your favorite dressings or fat-free dressings.

The following entrées feature your choice of French fries, coleslaw, cottage cheese, fruit, or one of our daily specialty side dishes.

Half Deli Sandwich and Soup
Choose from turkey, ham, roast beef, egg, tuna, or chicken salad with Swiss or American cheese on your choice of bread with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
Served with your favorite cup of soup. Peanut butter or grilled cheese are available upon request.

BLT Sandwich
Crisp bacon, fresh lettuce, and sliced tomatoes piled high on your choice of toasted white, wheat, or rye bread. Served with your choice of sides.

Terrace Caesar Salad
Your choice of shrimp or chicken tossed with mixed greens, Caesar dressing, and garlic croutons garnished with tomato, red onion, and boiled egg.

Pasta Primavera
Fresh assorted vegetables, garlic, wine, and herbs folded together in a light cream sauce over Rainbow Rotini. Served with warm garlic bread.

Terrace Club Croissant
Lightly toasted croissant stuffed with a charbroiled chicken breast, bacon, Swiss cheese, Roma tomatoes, lettuce, and mayonnaise.

Light-N-Lean
Ground beef patty, Gardenburger, or chicken breast served with low-fat cottage cheese and fresh fruit.

Succulent bay shrimp sautéed with mushrooms, onions, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and basil folded in a marinara sauce. Served over angel hair pasta with Parmesan cheese and green onions.

Terrace Catch
Fresh weekly variety. Served broiled, steamed, or grilled with vegetables and a choice of sides. Fresh cocktail, tartar sauce, or lemon is served on request.

Choice Sirloin Steaks
Grade A choice sirloin steaks cooked the way you like. Served with vegetables and your choice of sides.

Famous Terrace Burger
Choice ground beef patty served with or without cheese on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mayonnaise. French fries are served upon request. Gardenburger is available for a low-fat entrée.

Terrace Special Quesadilla
Flour tortilla grilled with cheddar cheese, green chilies, olives, diced tomato, and green onions. Served with homemade salsa and guacamole on the side.

Hot Turkey Sandwich
Thinly sliced, hot turkey breast piled high atop fresh bread and served open-faced with mashed potatoes, gravy, fresh vegetables, and cranberry sauce.

Monday
Macaroni and Cheese
Tender macaroni noodles folded into a creamy cheese sauce with fire-roasted onions and peppers make this dish a flavorful delight. Served with garlic bread and fresh vegetables.

Tuesday
Tuna Melt
Our delicious tuna salad served hot and nestled between two slices of grilled wheat bread with melted Swiss cheese. Served with your choice of sides.

Wednesday
Chicken Strips
Tender strips of white breast meat covered with the chef’s homemade flaky breading and deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with fluffy mashed potatoes, vegetables, and chicken gravy.

Thursday
Tortellini and Meatballs
Cheese-stuffed tortellini smothered with mouthwatering marinara sauce and topped with two meatballs and shredded Parmesan cheese. Served with hot garlic bread and vegetables.

Friday
Old Fashioned Fish n’ Chips
Fresh Iceland cod fillets lightly battered and fried to a golden brown. Served with seasoned twister fries, tartar sauce, lemon wedge, and golden hot garlic bread.

Saturday
Chicken Pot Pie
Boneless chunks of chicken simmered in its own broth, combined with assorted vegetables in a rich chicken sauce, and topped with a flaky pastry crust. Accompanied with cornbread and fresh vegetables.

Herb Lemon Pepper Chicken
Delicious boneless chicken breast seasoned with herbs, lemon pepper, and flour grilled to a golden brown. Served with your choice of sides.

Tuesday
Veal Marsala
Tender veal cutlets smothered with a rich brown sauce with onions, mushrooms, garlic, and Marsala wine. Accompanied with your choice of side dishes.

Wednesday
Pork Chops and Applesauce
Center-cut pork chops lightly floured then grilled to a perfect golden brown. Accompanied with applesauce, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, and country gravy.

Thursday
Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry
Succulent chicken sautéed with an assortment of fresh vegetables in a mild teriyaki glaze. Accompanied with fluffy white rice.

Grilled Salmon With Béarnaise Sauce
Fresh Atlantic salmon fillet lightly floured, grilled, and then topped with a Béarnaise Hollandaise sauce. Served with a lemon wedge, tartar sauce, and your choice of sides.

Saturday
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Tender breast of chicken stuffed with Swiss cheese and ham, topped with a creamy Alfredo sauce. Accompanied with steamed potatoes and vegetables on the side.
